We are excited that our plans to pull off a surprise on Don P is finally coming to a head. The day is almost here and our secret is still intact. You all are so amazing for being such great sports! As the day draws closer, it is important that we are all on the same page to get the most astounding surprise effect. So, this page is dedicated to letting you know what to expect on D-Day.

Here's a brief on the event flow

Arrival & Check-In 5:00pm

We have sent you access cards with details of the event and a QR code for check-in purposes. There's a dedicated parking area at the venue so please follow the directions of the security personnel at the entrance.

Once checked-in, you're good to go!

Cocktails, Meet & Greet(5:00pm - 6:00pm)

We know that D-Day is a work-day, and you most likely will be arriving from work. Not to worry, we gat you!There will be cocktails and finger-food served in the common area just outside the hall. There'll be great music too, so you can sway in rhythm while stepping down and easing into the evening.

Changing Rooms/Convenience

For your convenience, there is a changing room on-site, just in case you came with your outfit in tow. Just speak with any of our event assistants and they'll direct you accordingly.

Surprise! (6:00pm)

To ensure that we pull-off the surprise element as close to perfect as possible, we need you to arrive early enough to be seated in the hall by 6:00pm. The birthday boy handlers are working to ensure that he arrives at the venue by 6:00pm and....Surprise!!!
